A 4.5% pale from Wildcraft, brewed with sustainably sourced barley on their Norfolk farm, treated with Protese GF enzyme and independently tested to below 10ppm per batch. No lab is named but the enzyme name and sub-10ppm figure are both on record. A farm brewery with a clear GF process.
Aroma
Citrus and fruity aromas from Challenger and Golding hops.
Taste
Clean, refreshing with subtle floral notes and a soft, earthy bitterness from the Goldings and Challenger hops. Beautifully balanced, keeping things light and crisp while still delivering proper flavour.
