An alcohol-free IPA from Wildcraft, enzyme-treated with Protese GF and tested below 10ppm per batch. Hopped with Azacca, Simcoe and Mosaic. Gluten free and alcohol free, tested to the same standard as the rest of the Wildcraft range.
Taste
A burst of citrus and pine leads the way, with notes of grapefruit, subtle tropical fruit and a gentle resinous edge. Medium bitterness that keeps everything crisp and refreshing.
