A 3.8% session IPA from Wildcraft, enzyme-treated with Protese GF and independently tested to below 10ppm per batch. Citra, Centennial and Cascade hopping. The GF process is consistent across the whole Wildcraft range.
Aroma
Multitude of citrus and spicy aromas from Centennial, Cascade and Crystal hops.
Taste
Zesty citrus leads the way with notes of grapefruit and lemon, backed up by a gentle tropical edge. The hop combination keeps things bright and lively, while a soft bitterness and crisp finish make it incredibly easy to drink.
