A 4% amber ale from Wildcraft, enzyme-treated with Protese GF and independently tested below 10ppm. Rich amber malts and Olicana and Jester hops. A less common style in the GF space from a brewery with a consistently tested range.
Taste
A soft, toasted malt backbone brings gentle caramel and biscuit warmth, creating a smooth and rounded base. Olicana and Jester hops introduce bright citrus, hedgerow fruit and a subtle tropical lift, finishing clean with a soft, satisfying bitterness.
