A 5.5% West Coast IPA from Burnt Mill's GF range, enzyme-treated and tested in-house to 5ppm. No external certification or named lab on the product page. The higher ABV gives this more presence than the sessionable options in the range. Gluten reduced rather than independently verified.

Crisp and lean with a balanced bitterness, saturated with tropical fruits.
