A 4.2% porter from Burnt Mill, labelled gluten free, enzyme-treated and tested in-house to 5ppm. No external certification or named lab on the product page. GF porters are uncommon, so this is a useful option, though the evidence is internal only.
Taste
A base of Vienna and Munich malts layered with speciality malts and blended with cocoa husks to amplify chocolate notes from the malts. The result is a smooth and rich, easy drinking porter.
