A 7% West Coast IPA from Burnt Mill's GF range, enzyme-treated and tested in-house to 5ppm. No external certification named. At the stronger end of the range, this is the option for those who want a full-strength West Coast IPA in the GF category. Gluten reduced rather than independently verified.
Taste
A sticky piney resinous and citrus flavour from multiple hop additions. A careful blend of bittering additions and mash hopping gives a robust but balanced bitterness.
