The Story

A Scottish brewery with one of the broadest confirmed GF ranges in the UK: eleven SKUs across ales, lagers, heather ale, IPA and alcohol-free, all enzyme-treated and covered by a Coeliac UK process audit as the brewery reports. Labels still declare gluten-containing cereals as allergens, which is correct labelling practice for barley-origin GF beers. Cask beer is not GF.
