A 4.5% dark lager from Williams Bros, enzyme-treated and tested below 20ppm, with a Coeliac UK process audit behind it. The GF credentials are consistent with the rest of the range.
Aroma
Floral, citrus.
Taste
Crisp, clean, refreshing, citrus. A pale golden, sweet pilsner with hints of malt and hops, with a subtle citrus bite from Seville Orange. Pairs well with food.
