The Story

A Sussex brewery putting its GF beers through serious testing. Every batch is checked in house with R5 flow through, and roughly every three months a suite of cans goes to Murphy & Son, a UKAS accredited lab, for Competitive ELISA to confirm the in house regime is doing its job. Those lab results come back below 10ppm, comfortably under the 20ppm mark. No Coeliac UK Crossed Grain certification, but the testing rigour is among the strongest found in the non-certified segment. Multiple Free From and Great Taste awards across the range.

Independent Test Certificates

Independent gluten analysis by Murphy & Son, a UKAS accredited laboratory, using competitive ELISA (Ridascreen Gliadin). Every result came back below 10ppm, well under the 20ppm gluten free threshold. Tested May 2026.
