A 4% session IPA from Thornbridge's GF range, enzyme-treated and tested every batch to below 10ppm. One of the few UK breweries that both publishes a figure and names the enzyme.
Aroma
Juicy aromas of peach and zesty citrus.
Taste
A pale-gold beer with a smooth, satisfying mouthfeel. Fresh, crisp and eminently drinkable, with juicy notes of peach, mango and zesty citrus alongside lemon and floral character.
