A 4.8% pilsner from Thornbridge's gluten-free range, treated with Brewers Clarex and tested every batch to below 10ppm. Thornbridge names the enzyme and publishes the figure, which is more than most manage.

Beautifully crisp beer with a refreshing bitterness in the finish. Late-hopped with Spalter Select, renowned for its spicy and earthy flavours with hints of citrus.
