A modern take on a classic bitter, amber and smooth with new-world hop character over a moreish bitterness. Roosters brews with barley and wheat then processes the gluten out, labelling the result certified gluten free without naming a body. A gluten-free bitter is a rare thing.

Biscuity malt characteristics and delicate, fruity notes on the nose

Amber in colour and smooth on the finish, with fruity new world characteristics that balance a moreish level of bitterness.
