Peak Ales states DPA achieves low gluten naturally through the brewing process, without enzyme treatment. Independently lab-tested to below 10ppm. The testing lab is not named, and there is no Coeliac UK certification. But no enzyme means a different approach from most in this directory, and an independently verified figure under 10ppm is a strong result.
