The Story

A Yorkshire Wolds farm brewery with thirteen beers in their GF range. Against The Grain is the flagship, with a published 5.1ppm result via CODEX R5 ELISA. Specific figures on a brewery's own product page are uncommon in the UK market. The rest of the range uses the same testing method and is confirmed well below 20ppm. No wheat in any GF beer, maize used instead. No Coeliac UK Crossed Grain certification, but the testing evidence is strong.
