A Kent brewery that was the first to certify Freedom Ale as gluten-free, with the Crossed Grain symbol licensed from Coeliac UK and Competitive R5 ELISA test certificates published on their own website. A full chain of evidence: method named, certifier named, certificates available. The brewery's main site was returning errors at time of research so the full current GF range extent could not be confirmed.
