A Bristol brewery that uses the strongest certification language of any in this directory on their product pages: Certified UK Gluten-Free, with all GF beers tested below 20ppm. The testing is independent and UKAS accredited, through Murphy & Sons Laboratories for ELISA, backed by in-house G12 checks across batches. After 23 consecutive batches of their pale Sky Above came back gluten-free, they moved to frequent in-house testing with periodic external verification.

Left Handed Giant started brewing gluten free at the end of 2021, after realising how much gluten free beer they were buying in to stock their own bars. Their Twin Cities pale, grown out of their dual-hop pales, became the loudly gluten free flagship, and its success led them to quietly make more of their core range gluten free too, stated on the cans and kegs but left to each bar to shout about. As they put it, the idea that a gluten free beer must lack something has never matched what is in the glass. The permanent range now spans pale, hazy IPA and the Easy Pils lager, with the rotating Twin Cities series alongside.
