The Story

An Aberdeen brewery brewing since 2016 and named Scottish Brewery of the Year in 2021. Fierce made the whole range gluten free at the same time as dropping lactose, which made the beers vegan too. The brewery's view is simple: no downside, no change to flavour, and more people able to reach for a beer. Gluten is verified by Brewlab, with results reported below 10ppm. The same thinking runs through the 0.5% alcohol free range, which is gluten free as well.
