A 3.4% American IPA, sharp with pine and cut grass and a citrus wave that lingers into lime cordial. Sheep in Wolf's Clothing batch-tests its gluten-free beers but publishes no figure. A lot of character at a low strength.
Aroma
Rye bread, chestnut and dried mango.
Taste
Harpoons the tongue with pine and freshly cut grass combined with a refreshing citrus wave; lingering notes of citrus rind and lime cordial.
