A 5% pale bursting with pineapple and clean pine from Chinook, Idaho 7 and Mosaic Spectrum. Polly's brews it gluten free with a fungal endopeptidase enzyme, wheat left out and a longer boil to cut the protein load, and has it independently UKAS lab tested below 10ppm.

Positively bursting with tropical, pineapple and clean pine notes.

Testing: Independent UKAS-accredited lab testing, repeatably below 10ppm (the lab's limit of quantification). Brewed gluten-free with a fungal endopeptidase enzyme (Murphy & Son's Brewers Clarity), wheat omitted and an extended 60-minute boil. Passed three sequential tests before launch and retested every six months.
