A 4.5% IPA from Piddle Brewery, independently tested and certified as the brewery reports. No ppm figure is published on their site. The Coeliac UK certification claim is meaningful, and the beer is a separate GF version from the standard Cocky. The evidence is solid on certification, thin on method.
Taste
Golden hoppy IPA. Dry, crisp with a grapefruit finish and pine and floral notes.
