A 5.5% American pale, crisp and resinous with citrus and pine from Cascade and Chinook over a biscuity base. Full Circle classes it as legally gluten free, meaning below 20ppm. The brewery is unusually direct about that limit, stating plainly that Hoop is not suitable for coeliacs. Read it as a beer for gluten intolerance rather than coeliac disease.
Taste
Crisp, resinous and refreshing with citrus brightness and pine notes, balanced by subtle biscuit flavours and a smooth finish.
