A Helles lager with a soft, bready backbone, gentle sweetness and a floral, faintly spicy finish from Tettnang and Hersbrucker. Enzyme-treated and batch-tested, and stated suitable for coeliacs by the brewery. SIBA awarded it silver in the South West.
