Adnams uses Clarex and validates externally to below 20ppm before each release. The testing lab is not named on the product page, and there is no Coeliac UK Crossed Grain certification. A well-known Suffolk brewery taking a credible but undisclosed approach. The only GF beer in the Adnams range.
