The beer features a complex grain bill of Maris Otter, Crystal, Dextrin, and Wheat malts (deglutenised) complemented by a hop blend of Cascade, Simcoe, Amarillo, and El Dorado. Like all Little Ox beers, it’s unfiltered and unpasteurised to maintain its natural character.
