Nemo is brewed using a specialist process that removes gluten without affecting the beer’s full-flavoured character. The beer features six different malts (Munich Light, Cara Gold, Crystal 150, Chocolate Malt, Wheat Malt, Rye Malt) and four hop varieties (Columbus, Mosaic, Amarillo, Simcoe). It’s amber-coloured with rich malt flavours and pronounced hop aromatics from Mosaic and Simcoe dry hopping.
