The Story

Birmingham Brewing Company has been brewing in Stirchley since 2016 with a founding principle that beer should be inclusive, sustainable, and full of flavour. Rather than using isinglass, a fish derived fining agent standard in the industry, they clarify beer using an enzyme based method that simultaneously removes gluten.
