Stratus

Stratus is a 4.7% hazy pale ale built on oats, wheat and Maris Otter malt, then saturated with Cryo El Dorado, Cryo Mosaic and Nectaron. The Cryo hop format concentrates the lupulin fraction of the hop cone, pushing citrus, peach and tropical character at a level the standard pellet format struggles to match at this ABV. The finish is soft and clean. Certified gluten free and vegan, below 20ppm.
