Papillon is a 5.5% NEIPA from Triple Point that uses six hop varieties: Cryo Berry, Simcoe, Talus, Loral, Centennial and Zatec. The flavour profile runs through rose, blossoms and berries on a substantial, floaty malt build that gives the beer its smooth, low-bitterness body. Certified gluten free and vegan, below 20ppm.
