Ox Blood is a 4.3% red IPA from Little Ox, hopped with Citra and Simcoe over a malt bill that includes pale and caramel malts for the characteristic reddish colour. The result is malty and juicy rather than aggressively bitter, with the hop varieties providing fruit rather than resin. Deglutenised and tested below 10ppm.
