Dark and Seedy is a 5.5% vanilla stout built on deglutenised barley and oats, with Bramling Cross hops adding a berry-fruit thread through the roasted coffee and chocolate base. Vanilla on the finish lifts the sweetness without masking the roast. Little Ox tests the full range below 10ppm gluten.
