At 8.5% ABV this naturally gluten free tripel follows the style originated by Westmalle in the 1930s, built from buckwheat, millet, brown rice and sorghum and bottle-conditioned in the Belgian tradition. Spice and herbal notes come through on the nose, with candied fruit and a lighter body than the strength might suggest. It tests at 0ppm and carries Coeliac UK certification.
