Bitter Brummie is a 4.1% ABV modern take on a classic British bitter, brewed in Stirchley on 100% renewable energy. Caramel malts give a rich amber colour and a sweet malt base, while Centennial hops add pine notes and balanced bitterness with hints of liquorice on the finish. The gluten is removed via enzyme treatment, replacing the need for isinglass as a fining agent.
